Chocolate Custard Eggs

Here is a super easy and fun way to serve custard at Easter time.

Screen shot 2011-04-18 at 9.49.51 PM

Take a hollow chocolate Easter egg and carefully cut the very top off. Make it large enough to be able to fit a small tea spoon inside easily.

Place the egg in an egg cup and fill with delicious thick custard. Easy hey?

I just used hot glue to secure a pretty ribbon around the edge of the egg cup to give it a little punch!

Hope you are enjoying the lead up to Easter.
