Would anyone know where I could find some vintage drinking straws like these? I've found some on etsy and eBay, but I really NEED the pink and white striped ones.
Ok, I may be exagerating when I say NEED, but you get my drift.
Wow, seeing that picture takes me back to afternoon tea at grandmas house - she always had stripey paper straws! Very cute - hope you find them! Happy weekend! Tracey xx
any luck on finding the source of these vintage straws?? I too have been looking for them and can't find them!!! Would you let me know if you have come across them?
Hello, I have some of these stripey vintage paper straws in my Etsy shop, stilllifestyle.etsy.com. I purchased these for a photo shoot and have added the extras to my inventory. They are extremely hard to come by, mine were purchased from a dealer in Australia and sent to me. I would not recommend using them as they are so very old and I do not know their past history, but they make a sweet prop, that's for sure!
I have several boxes of vintage straws I am looking to post on Ebay. One is full donald duck from the 50's, one the flexstraw (like yours pictured) only yellow. and some cellophan cocktail straws. The first two are in their original boxes. Any clue what they are worth?? Thanks
