I was up early this morning fossicking the markets looking for ripe and plump fruit for a shoot I'm collaborating on with Jodie Randolph-Birch from W.Edding & Co. tomorrow.
I took one look at the fresh raspberries and knew exactly what I was going to make with them. Raspberry Friands. And they didn't disappoint.
I just had to bake them in little heart shaped tins I bought in NYC. I could have easily found them here, but I love using things I've purchased from overseas. Brings back the best memories.
I used this recipe from Australian Women's Weekly. Oh and speaking of AWW, there maybe a little story on our home in the next issue!
